GoHighClaw ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by UBiXY. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you install or use the GoHighClaw integration via the GoHighLevel Marketplace.

- GoHighLevel Account Data: When you install GoHighClaw, we receive OAuth tokens that allow us to read and write data in your GoHighLevel sub-account, including contacts, conversations, opportunities, workflows, and location settings — within the scopes you explicitly authorize.
- Usage Data: Logs of agent executions, workflow triggers, and action results for diagnostic and billing purposes.
- Configuration Data: API keys you provide (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter) are stored encrypted and used solely to process your agent requests.
- Contact Memory: Per-contact context and memory data stored to enable multi-session continuity for AI agents.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and provide the GoHighClaw service
- Execute AI agent actions on your behalf within GoHighLevel
- Store and retrieve per-contact memory to improve agent continuity
- Track usage for billing and plan enforcement
- Diagnose errors and improve service reliability
- Communicate with you about updates, incidents, or support requests
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or your customers' data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is used exclusively to provide the GoHighClaw service to you.
4. Data Sharing
We may share data with:
- AI Providers (BYOK plan): If you supply your own API key, your instructions and relevant contact context are sent to your chosen AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate responses. This is governed by the provider's own privacy policy.
- Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting and database providers (e.g., Cloudflare) used to run our service, under appropriate data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you uninstall GoHighClaw, you may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@gohighclaw.com. We will complete deletion within 30 days.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. Your API keys are stored encrypted and are never logged in plain text. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
